Tim lives in Wilmette and has offices in both Winnetka and Lincoln Park. With extensive knowledge of City neighborhoods and the North Shore Tim has represented sellers that were downsizing and moving into the City but also the new families that are making the move to the suburbs. Handling both transactions in most cases clients know that they are getting the stubborn but effective negotiating strategies of a seasoned Broker on both ends of the transaction.
In addition to being a full time Broker Tim spends his free time with his wife Dawn and two children along with their Labrador Retriever. Coaching baseball and attending all his kids sporting events is in itself a second job but he and Dawn enjoy every minute of it. Tim also is an avid Platform Tennis (Paddle) player and currently plays at both Michigan Shores Club and the Winnetka Paddle Club.
